Workshop Series

Educational information sessions and interactive workshops on issues pertinent to women’s lives are scheduled regularly through our ‘Women Connecting’  (any relevant topic that is not specifically health related) and ‘Women’s Health in Women’s Hands’ (the focus being on women gaining control of their own bodies and health) monthly workshop series.  Each workshop invites a facilitator who specializes in a number of topics anywhere from anxiety and stress management to creative writing to financial literacy.
