Basic Computer Training
About the program
A long-standing program offered by the NSWC, our Basic Computer Training Program offers free, one-on-one lessons taught by a volunteer. These classes teach participants computer skills, increase familiarity and comfort with computer use, and brush up on basic skills.

NSWC volunteers work from a manual guideline to deliver lessons, and customize each lesson to suit the needs of their students. Lessons typically take place weekly at the NSWC. The material offered to women receiving classes will depend on their level of computer literacy.
