Health and Wellness Yoga Group

A 10-week, trauma-informed yoga group for women of all skill levels.

About the Program

This 10-week yoga program is designed to empower women and gender-diverse individuals who would like to learn more about yoga through a trauma-informed lens and connect with others in a supportive environment.

 

Held weekly at the NSWC, the group is led by Christina Casperson, a former athlete and 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Christina is a certified yoga teacher with training in multiple modalities, and a Masters-trained counsellor specializing in chronic pain conditions.
